U.S. Bank Overtime Violations

On April 7, 2008, we filed a collective action U.S. Bank seeking unpaid overtime on behalf of all loan officers working in the HEAR department of U.S. Bank’s Consumer Finance Division.  The complaint alleges that U.S. Bank violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) by misclassifying loan officers as exempt from the FLSA and failing to pay them overtime at one and one-half times their regular rate of pay.

On August 21, 2008, the court conditionally certified the class and approved notice to the class members.  To learn more about class and collective actions, click here.
